World War 2 Aircraft Archeology and Crew recovery.

Through Lund University and Research Dr. Brendan Foley and international team have worked to Survey and excavate Aircraft ditch sites, the aim of which to recover and repatriate War Veteran Crew to their families. In 2017 the team recovered Eugene ford from B-24 Bomber Tulsamerican and in 2020 Ernest Vienneau from a B-17, both ditched off the island of Vis, Croatia. This is the story of those recoveries.
